東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第18期（平成24年7月期）決算を発表。第18期における物件取得はなし。オフィスビルのテナント退去が続き稼働率が低下。これにより前期比10%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,705円となった。第19期（平成25年1月期）は、稼働率の上昇を見込むも、フリーレントの影響から前期比0.3%減収、修繕費の増加等より5.2%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,100円となる見通し。続く第20期（平成25年7月期）はフリーレントの解消を反映し前期予想比3.6%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は11,500円となる見通し。
