東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第17期（平成24年1月期）決算を発表した。第17期における物件取得はなし。前期計上した震災に伴う特別損失がなくなる一方、稼働率低下による賃貸収入の減少により前期比1%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,106円となった。第18期（平成24年7月期）は、保有するオフィスビルのテナント退去を見込み、16%減益を予想。1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成25年1月期）1口当たり分配金も11,000円となる見通し。
