東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第15期（平成23年1月期）決算を発表した。第15期は、2棟取得により賃貸収入が増加するも、解約違約金収入の減少及び賃貸費用の増加等により、前期比4%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,045円となった。第16期（平成23年7月期）は、1棟取得により2.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,400円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成24年1月期）1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。
