東急リアル・エステート投資法人のスポンサーが東急電鉄1社へ変更

東急リアル・エステート投資法人（TRE）のスポンサーが東急電鉄1社へ変更となる。現在、TREのスポンサーは東急電鉄と東急不動産の2社であるが、東急不動産が新たに商業施設・オフィスビルを投資対象とするREITを設立することから、東急不動産よりTREへスポンサー解消の申し入れた。TREは投資方針や利益相反懸念を検討した結果、東急不動産とのスポンサー関係を解消し、東急電鉄の単独スポンサーとすることを発表。また東急不動産が保有するTREの投資口も東急電鉄へ売却する。但し、東急不動産からの物件取得パイプラインは取得価格の上限付きで継続する予定。
