東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第14期（平成22年7月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、オフィスビル2棟を取得するも、前期に売却したりそなマルハビル等の賃貸収益及び物件売却益がなくなることにより、前期比84%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,598円となった。第15期（平成23年1月期）は、賃貸収入は横ばいとなるも前期のテナント解約違約金の減少等により前期比12%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。続く第16期（平成23年7月期）1口当たり分配金は10,800円となる見通し。
