東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第12期（平成21年7月期）決算を発表した。第12期は、物件の取得はなし。賃貸収入の減少により前期比4.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,505円となった。第13期（平成22年1月期）は、賃貸収益の減少及び支払利息の増加等により、11%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,800円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成22年7月期）1口当たり分配金は13,100円となる見通し。
