東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第10期（平成20年7月期）決算を発表した。第10期はオフィスビル2棟、商業施設1棟を取得し、前期比7.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,560円となった。第11期（平成21年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により4.3%増収を見込む一方、費用増に伴い4.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,800円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成21年7月期）1口当たり分配金は15,000円となる見通し。
