東急リアル・エステート投資法人（TRE）が第8期（平成19年7月期）決算を公表した。1口あたり分配金は予想を3％上回る14,427円となった。 併せて第9期（平成20年1月期）及び参考値ながら第10期（平成20年7月期）の業績予想を公表。第9期は、資産運用会社に支払う運用報酬のうち、投資口価格変動によるインセンティブ報酬率の引き下げで費用が減少すること等により増益を予想し、1口あたり予想分配金は14,700円となる見通し。第10期は、第9期末取得予定の1物件が収益寄与するため、参考値ながら1口あたり予想分配金は15,000円を想定している。
