東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第7期（平成19年1月期）決算を発表した。第7期は、2棟を取得する一方、前期の物件売却益の特殊要因がなくなるため、前期比36%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,182円となった。第8期（平成19年7月期）は増収が見込めるも、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税計上及び修繕費増に伴い、1%減益、1口当たり分配金は14,000円となる見通し。
