東急リアル・エステート投資法人（TRE）が第5期（平成18年1月期）決算を発表した。第5期は「cocoti（ココチ）」の追加取得に伴い、前期比22%の増益。投資口が19%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は14,179円と前期を上回った。第6期（平成18年7月）は、下記敷地取得及び物件売却に伴う収益が寄与し、50%の増益。1口当たり予想分配金は21,300円となる見通し。なおこのまま推移すれば、物件売却益がなくなる第7期（平成19年1月期）1口当たり分配金は13,500円と従来の水準となる見通し。 また、神奈川県の商業施設の敷地を取得することを発表した。取得する敷地は、JR東海道線「藤沢駅」と「辻堂駅」の中間に位置する商業施設「湘南モールフィル」の敷地。土地賃借人は大和ハウス工業（株）。 併せて、保有する「横浜山下町ビル」（バーニーズニューヨーク横浜店）を売却することを発表。TREの物件売却は初。売却理由は、テナントからの賃料減額請求に伴い、10年間の定期借家契約としたことで、収益への寄与度が小さくなったこと、また建物の償却負担が大きいこととする。売却先はラサールインベストメントマネージメントが設立した特定目的会社。
