東急リアル・エステート投資法人が第6期（平成18年7月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、横浜山下町ビルの売却益16億円が寄与し、前期比56.3％増益、1口当たり分配金は22,162円（売却益の寄与は1口当たり9,660円程度）となった。第7期（平成19年1月期）は、上記売却益が無くなるため、37％減益、1口当たり分配金は14,000円となる見通し。
