オリックス不動産投資法人が、物件入替えを発表した。 取得する物件は、「クロスレジデンス高田馬場」等、都内の住宅3物件、取得額は計126.55億円。3物件いずれも契約時現在未竣工であり、竣工後随時取得する予定。 一方、売却する物件は、港区白金台にある「MG白金台ビル」。経年により修繕コストの増加が想定されることや、オフィスとしての成長性が限定的なことから売却を決定した。売却額は87.8億円。これにより売却益402百万円が2024年8月期に計上されるが、一部を内部留保することを検討するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
