オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が、「ホテル日航姫路」を売却する。 物件は、JR姫路駅前に位置する、1990年竣工のホテル。OJRは2016年に取得したが、2018年以降近隣でホテルの開業が相次ぎ競合物件が増えたこと、更にコロナ禍による影響から業績が低迷した。今後の業績回復が難しいことや、鑑定価格が低下し減損リスクががあることから、売却を決定した。売却額は18.32億円。売却先は非開示。 本売却により売却損約32億円が発生するが、内部留保を取り崩すため、業績予想の修正はなし。
