オリックス不動産投資法人が、大阪・寝屋川市に保有する商業施設を売却する。 売却する物件は、京阪電鉄香里園駅より徒歩10分にある、2002年竣工の商業施設。2015年取得時よりスポーツクラブへ一括賃貸していたが、2021年9月に退去したため、現在の稼働率は0％。用途変更も含めテナント誘致を検討したが、空室の長期化や物件の老朽化による収益低下懸念から売却を決定した。売却額は12.5億円。売却先は非開示。 本売却に伴い売却損322百万円が発生するが、内部留保を活用することにより、業績予想の修正はなし。
