オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が、沖縄県那覇市の複合施設を取得する。 物件は、ゆいレールのおもろまち駅より徒歩5分、那覇市の中心部に位置する、2011年竣工、19階建、オリックスグループと大和ハウスグループが共同開発した、オフィスとホテルから成る複合施設。OJRは共有持分50％を取得する。大和ハウスリート投資法人が共有持分50％を既に保有しており、2つのREITの共同保有となる。OJRの取得額は100億円。 併せて第36期（2020年2月期）業績予想を修正。 上記物件取得と既に取得済の渋谷TSKビルの賃貸収益計上、売却済のaune札幌駅前の売却益12.97億円計上により、10月に公表した業績予想に対し、13.5％増益を見込む。圧縮記帳を活用して981百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は3,930円と前回予想比5.9％増となる見通し。
