オリックス不動産投資法人が、第34期（2019年2月期）決算を発表した。 第34期は「神戸桃山台ショッピングセンター」底地等、3物件を売却。ホテルユニバーサルポートの変動賃料増加により増収となるも、物件売却損460百万円計上により、前期比4.8％減益。物件売却損相当額を内部留保より取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,487円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは109物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は6,635億円、有利子負債比率は42.7％。 第35期（2019年8月期）は、インターヴィレッジ大曲の地震復旧費用が発生するが、オリックス芝2丁目ビルのテナント入替えや既存物件の賃料増額による増収、前期の売却損がなくなることにより、前期比4.1％増益を見込む。地震復旧費用相当額337百万円を内部留保より取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,580円となる見通し。 第36期（2020年2月期）は、前期の地震復旧費用がなくなるため、前期予想比2.4％増益を見込む一方、前期の内部留保取崩しがなくなるため、1口当たり分配金は3,540円と前期予想を1.1％下回る見通し。
