オリックス不動産投資法人が、3物件を売却する。 いずれも地方都市に所有する商業施設（底地含む）。テナント退去や将来的なリスクを抱えることから売却を決定した。3物件の売却額は計49億円。売却損464百万円が発生するが、内部留保を取り崩すことにより、業績予想の修正はなし。 なお、引き続きポートフォリオの質向上を目的とした物件売却を進める方針。
