オリックス不動産投資法人が、第33期（2018年8月期）決算を発表した。 第33期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ホテルユニバーサルポート」を取得。これによる賃貸収益や既存物件の増収が寄与し、前期比5.6％増益。投資口数が3％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は3,489円と前期を5.8％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは111物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は6,689億円、有利子負債比率は42.8％ 第34期（2019年2月期）は、ホテルユニバーサルポートが通期寄与する一方、台風被害等による修繕費の増加、北海道地震によるインターヴィレッジ大曲の復旧工事により、前期比7.5％減益を見込む。地震復旧工事相当額337百万円を内部留保より取崩し、1口当たり分配金は3,350円となる見通し。 第35期（2019年8月期）は、ホテルユニバーサルポートの変動賃料増加、修繕費や地震復旧工事の減少等により、前期予想比6.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,430円と前期予想を2.4％上回る見通し。
