オリックス不動産投資法人が、第31期（平成29年8月期）決算を発表した。 第31期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「セントラム六本木ビル」を取得した。これにより賃貸収益は増加するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなったことにより、前期比4.9％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,230円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは110物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は6,348億円、有利子負債比率は43.6％。 第32期（平成30年2月期）は「ホテルリブマックス名古屋栄アネックス」を取得予定。またシーフォートスクエアの大口テナントが退去予定だが、新規テナントが決定し空室期間は発生しない見込み。セントラム六本木ビルが通期寄与する一方、修繕費や水光熱費の増加により、前期比2.2％減益、1口当たり分配金は3,160円となる見通し。 第33期（平成30年8月期）1口当たり分配金も3,160円となる見通し。
