オリックス不動産投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は9期連続となる。 発行口数は147,978口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は7,399口。これにより発行後の投資口数は6.2％増の2,680,000口となる予定。調達額は約263億円を見込み、1月に取得した「サンルートプラザ東京」に伴う短期借入金の返済に充当する。これにより増資前の有利子負債比率46.5％が42.8％に低下する見込み。 これらに伴い、第30期（平成29年2月期）業績予想を修正。12月に売却した「東陽MKビル」の売却益1,018百万円が寄与し、10月に公表した業績予想に対し15.3％増益を見込む。売却益のうち856百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は3,120円と前回予想を4％上回る見通し。 第31期（平成29年8月期）は「サンルートプラザ東京」の賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比7.2％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は3,000円と1％上回る見通し。 併せて第32期（平成30年2月期）業績予想を発表。12月公表した「ホテルリブマックス名古屋栄アネックス」を取得予定。融資手数料や投資口発行費用の減少が寄与し、前期予想比1.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,040円となる見通し。
