オリックス不動産投資法人が、第29期（平成28年8月期）決算を発表した。 第29期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「浜松アクトタワー」等5物件を取得する一方、「日本橋イーストビル」を売却。賃貸収益が増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比1.6％減益。311百万円を内部留保とするも、1口当たり分配金は3,000円と前期を僅かに上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは106物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は5,824億円、有利子負債比率は45.5％。なお、内部留保額は1,847百万円に達する。 第30期（平成29年2月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「外苑西通りビル」等3物件を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、既存物件のテナント退去や水光熱費の増加により、当期純利益は横ばいを見込む。内部留保を行わず、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は3,000円となる見通し。 続く第31期（平成29年8月期）は、固都税の増加により前期予想比1.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,970円となる見通し。
