オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が、鹿児島の複合施設を取得する。物件は、鹿児島市電いづろ通停留所より徒歩1分に位置する、平成19年竣工、6階建、オフィスと商業店舗から成る複合施設。売り主はスポンサーであるオリックス。5月末のテナントは12社、稼働率は100％。また、保有する「インターヴィレッジ大曲」を追加取得することを発表。既存棟に隣接してオリックスが増築棟を建築中であり、OJRは竣工後の11月に追加取得する。今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
