オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が、青山サンクレストビルを追加取得する。物件は、地下鉄銀座線外苑前駅より徒歩2分に位置する、昭和54年竣工、8階建の商業施設。売り主は日本生命。OJRは既に区分所有権約60％を運用しており、今回残り約40％を取得することで、一棟全体を運用することになる。なお、OJRは本物件の前面に位置する北青山ビルも2月に取得する予定となっており、これらを併せて将来的な再開発も見込む。
