オリックス不動産投資法人が、第27期（平成27年8月期）決算を発表した。第27期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、3棟及びSPCの優先出資証券の計4件を取得する一方、5棟（うち2棟は一部売却）の売却を行った。これによる賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益12億円が寄与し、前期比25.9％増益。物件売却益のうち約7億円を内部留保とし、投資口数が5.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,929円と前期を7.8％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは97棟、資産規模（取得価格合計）は5,254億円、有利子負債比率は46.0％。併せて、アークヒルズサウスタワー（共有持分25％）とコナミスポーツクラブ香里園の取得を発表した。アークヒルズサウスタワー（取得額220億円）はポートフォリオの中で最大規模の物件となる。第28期（平成28年2月期）は、6期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い、4棟を取得済み。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比11％減益を見込む。内部留保を活用せず、1口当たり分配金は2,780円と前期を5.1％下回る見通し。続く第29期（平成28年8月期）1口当たり分配金は2,800円となる見通し。
