オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が、投資口の追加発行を行う。OJRの公募増資は6期連続となる。発行口数は84,966口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,248口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.0％増の2,324,949口となる予定。調達額は約141億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、都内のオフィスビル1棟と、大阪、札幌、山形のホテル3棟。4棟の取得額は計131.5億円。いずれもスポンサーであるオリックスグループからの取得。これらに伴い第27期（平成27年8月期）及び第28期（平成28年2月期）業績予想を修正。第27期は、7月に売却したラウンドクロス蒲田の売却益計上により、4月13日に公表した業績予想に対し7.2％増益を見込むが、売却益を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,800円と2.9％上回る見通し。上記の公募増資及び4棟取得が反映する第28期は、前回予想比4.4％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,750円と0.4％上回る見通し。更に第29期（平成28年8月期）業績予想を発表。第28期と同様に1口当たり分配金は2,750円となる見通し。なお、第28期末及び第29期末の有利子負債比率は45.0％を見込む。
