オリックス不動産投資法人が第26期（平成27年2月期）決算を発表した。第26期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ORE錦二丁目ビル」等7物件を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比12.5％増益。投資口数が7.9％増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,717円と前期を4.3％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは96棟、資産規模（取得額計）は5,022億円、有利子負債比率は47.1％。併せて、アークヒルズサウスタワーを保有する特定目的会社の優先出資証券及びさいたま市大宮区のオフィスビルの取得、仙台のレジデンス2棟及び都内のオフィスビルの駐車場棟の売却を発表。第27期（平成27年8月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、公表済の2棟を加えた計3棟取得による賃貸収益の増加、公表済の1件を加えた計4件の売却益計856百万円計上により、前期比12.7％増益を見込む。売却益のうち409百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,720円となる見通し。続く第28期（平成28年2月期）は、前期の売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比5.6％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,740円となる見通し。
