オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。これでOJRの公募増資は5期連続となる。発行口数は109,381口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,470口。これにより発行後の投資口数は5.4％増の2,235,735口となる予定。調達額は187億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、仙台のオフィスビルと都内のレジデンス。2棟の取得額は計148億円。また保有する代々木フォレストビルの敷地一部を明治通りの拡幅に伴い東京都に売却する。これらに伴い、第26期（平成27年2月期）及び第27期（平成27年8月期）業績予想の修正、第28期（平成28年2月期）業績予想を発表。第26期は賃貸収入の増加、融資関連費用の減少等により、前回予想比2.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,650円となる見通し。上記の投資口追加発行、物件取得及び売却が反映される第27期は、2棟取得による賃貸収益、敷地売却による売却益74百万円が寄与し、前回予想比8.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,620円と前回予想を2.7％上回る見通し。第28期は前期予想比0.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,640円となる見通し。なお、増資により有利子負債比率は47.3％から45.6％へ低下する見込み。
