オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。OJRの公募増資は4期連続。発行口数は147,343口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し7,367口。これにより発行後の投資口数は7.9％増の2,120,884口となる。調達額は約204億円を見込み、併せて発表した6棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、オフィスビル1棟、都市型商業施設2棟、郊外型商業施設の底地1件、レジデンス1棟、物流施設1棟の計6棟。全てオリックスグループの開発物件、取得額は計327億円。これによりOJRの資産規模は7.6％増の4,927億円となる一方、有利子負債比率は46.4％と0.4ポイント低下する見込み。これらに伴い第25期（平成26年8月期）及び第26期（平成27年2月期）業績予想修正、第27期（平成27年8月期）業績予想を発表した。第25期は期中に取得した仙台ハーヴェストビルの賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比0.8％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,500円となる見通し。上記投資口追加発行、6棟取得が反映する第26期は、前回予想比9.2％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,550円と1.2％増加する見通し。続く第27期は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により前期予想比1.5％増収を見込む一方、固都税の増加等により1.2％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,520円となる見通し。
