オリックス不動産投資法人が第24期（平成26年2月期）決算を発表した。第24期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル1棟、レジデンス1棟、商業施設6棟（うち1件は底地）を取得。これにより前期比9%増益。投資口数が6%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,479円と前期を2.8%上回った。第25期（平成26年8月期）は、3期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い、8棟を取得。これにより前期比16.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は2,480円となる見通し。続く第27期（平成27年2月期）は、前期予想比1.6%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,520円となる見通し。
