オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。OJRの公募増資は3期連続となる。発行口数は265,410口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し13,270口。これにより発行後の投資口数は16%増の1,966,174口となる予定。調達資金は337億円を見込み、併せて発表した8棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、オフィスビル2棟、商業施設4棟、レジデンス2棟。8棟の取得額は計468億円。これによりOJRの資産規模は11%増の4,579億円となる。これらに伴い第24期（平成26年2月期）業績予想、第25期（平成26年8月期）業績予想を修正。第24期は期中に取得した3棟及び既存物件の増収により前回予想比3%増益、1口当たり分配金は2,440円となる見通し。第25期は、上記の公募増資及び物件取得を反映し、前回予想比21%増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,480円と前回予想を4.2%上回る見通し。また第26期（平成27年2月期）業績予想も発表。8棟の通期稼働により、前期予想比1.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は2,520円となる見通し。
