オリックス不動産投資法人が第23期（平成25年8月期）決算を発表した。第23期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い4棟取得、1棟売却を行った。これによる賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益411百万円が寄与し、前期比14%増益。投資口の5分割及び公募増資により投資口数が459%増加し、1口当たり分配金は2,411円となった。併せて、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を発表。発行口数は91,788口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,589口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は6%増の1,687,494口となる予定。調達額は105億円を見込み、併せて発表した5件の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、オフィスビル1棟、商業施設2棟、底地1件、レジデンス1棟の計5件、取得額は計202億円。第24期（平成26年2月期）は前期の物件売却益がなくなる一方、上記5件の収益が寄与し4.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は2,370円となる見通し。続く第25期（平成26年8月期）1口当たり分配金は2,380円となる見通し。
