オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が商業施設を保有するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの対象不動産は、北海道北広島市にある、平成20年竣工のショッピングセンター。オリックス不動産投資顧問がAMを行う。OJRの出資割合は17.8%。想定配当利回りは14%。併せて平成27年3月を行使期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得。
