オリックス不動産投資法人が第22期（平成25年2月期）決算を発表した。第22期は、介護施設とレジデンスを取得。前期の売却益がなくなる一方、新規取得物件の賃貸収益寄与、修繕費及び融資関連費用の減少等により前期比0.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は11,764円となった。第23期（平成25年8月期）は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、4棟取得及び1棟売却を実施。これに伴う賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益390百万円計上により8.4%増益を見込む。増資に伴う投資口数の増加及び投資口5分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は2,280円（分割前11,400円）となる見通し。続く第24期（平成26年2月期）は前期の売却益がなくなる一方、前期の借入期限前返済費用がなくなること等により、1口当たり分配金は2,320円（分割前11,600円）となる見通し。
