オリックス不動産投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は160,915口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し8,045口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は11.9%増の1,591,130口となる見込み。調達資金は175億円を見込む。併せて、4棟取得及び1棟売却を発表した。4棟の取得額は計327億円、1棟の売却額は56億円。増資による調達資金及び物件売却代金を併せ、4棟の取得資金に充当する。取得及び売却後の資産規模は7.6%増の3,831億円となる。これらに伴い第23期（平成25年8月期）業績予想修正及び第24期（平成26年2月期）業績予想を発表した。第23期は、上記4棟の賃貸収益626百万円及び1棟の売却益390百万円を見込み、従来予想比18%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,280円と従来予想を5.6%上回る見通し。続く第24期は、前期の売却益がなくなる一方、支払利息の減少等により前期予想比1.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は2,320円となる見通し。
