オリックス不動産投資法人が投資口の分割を発表した。第22期末(平成25年2月28日)を基準日として第23期(平成25年8月期)より投資口1口を5口に分割する。これに伴い第23期1口当たり分配金を分割比率に応じて修正。従来予想の5分の1の2,160円となる見通し。
