オリックス不動産投資法人が第21期（平成24年8月期）決算を発表した。第21期は、レジデンス4棟及び商業施設2棟の取得、物流施設1棟の売却を行った。賃貸収入の増加及び物件売却益が寄与し前期比1%増収となるも、固都税及び修繕費の増加等により3.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,656円となった。また、品川区のレジデンスをスポンサーグループのオリックス不動産(株)より取得することを発表。取得額は33億円。これに伴い第22期（平成25年2月期）は、取得済の浦安の介護施設と上記レジデンスの賃貸収入が寄与する一方、既存物件の賃貸収入の減少及び物件売却益がなくなること等から3.9%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,200円となる見通し。続く第23期（平成25年8月期）1口当たり分配金は10,800円となる見通し。
