オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が岩手県盛岡市の商業施設を取得する。物件は、JR盛岡駅より5キロ、東北道盛岡南ICより2キロにある、ショッピングセンター。スーパーマーケットとドラッグストアを中心に30店舗が営業する。OJRはスポンサーグループであるオリックス不動産(株)と賃料保証マスターリースを締結する。一方、埼玉県越谷市の物流施設を三井不動産の私募リートへ売却する。物件売却益は150百万円を見込む。これらに伴い第21期（平成24年8月期）及び第22期（平成25年2月期）業績予想を修正。第21期は、上記取得の他、期中に取得済の2棟を併せた賃貸収益増及び物件売却益計上により、従来予想比8.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は11,400円となる見通し。第22期は、物件売却益はなくなるも、第21期取得物件の通期稼働により、従来予想比4.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。
