オリックス不動産投資法人が第20期（平成24年2月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、オリックス神戸三宮ビル及びホームセンタームサシ仙台泉店（底地）を取得する一方、ビサイド白金を売却。前期に取得した9棟の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比3.7%増益、土地等を先行取得した場合の課税特例を活用し、68百万円を内部留保とし、分配金総額3,362百万円、1口当たり分配金は11,822円となった。第21期（平成24年8月期）は、レジデンス3棟を取得。既存物件のテナント退去に伴う賃貸収入の減少、修繕費の増加等により13%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,500円となる見通し。続く第22期（平成25年2月期）1口当たり分配金も10,500円となる見通し。
