オリックス不動産投資法人が第19期（平成23年8月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、投資口追加発行を行い、9棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。これによる賃貸収入及び物件売却益が寄与する一方、既存物件の賃貸収入減少及び固都税、修繕費、融資関連費用が増加。これにより前期比0.5%増益、投資口数13%増加により1口当たり分配金は12,571円と前期を4%下回った。第20期（平成24年2月期）は、オフィスビル1棟を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期寄与等により、前期比1.6%増益を見込むが、前期の内部留保がなくなるため1口当たり分配金は11,800円と前期を下回る見通し。続く第21期（平成24年8月期）は、テナント退去の影響により6.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。
