オリックス不動産投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は31,250口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出1,562口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は最大で13%増の284,434口となる。調達資金は138億円を見込み、併せて発表した6棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する6棟はオフィスビル1棟及びレジデンス5棟、取得額は計214億円。これに伴い第19期（平成23年8月期）及び第20期（平成24年2月期）業績予想を修正。第19期は、既に発表済の商業施設1棟取得及びオフィスビル1棟売却、さらに上記6棟の取得。賃貸収入の増加及び物件売却益331百万円が寄与し従来予想比5.8%増益、土地等を先行取得した課税特例を活用した内部留保440百万円を全額分配することにより、1口当たり分配金は12,300円と従来予想を0.8%上回る見通し。続く第20期は、物件売却益がなくなるも賃貸収入の増加等により、従来予想比14%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,400円と従来予想を1.6%上回る見通し。
