オリックス不動産投資法人が第18期（平成23年2月期）決算を発表した。第18期は、3棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。これにより賃貸収入が増加するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなったことにより、前期比23%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,083円となった。第19期（平成23年8月期）は、商業施設1棟を取得、オフィスビル1棟を売却。物件売却益331百万円を計上するも、保有物件の賃料減、固都税及びファイナンス費用の増加等により、前期比6.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,200円となる見通し。続く第20期（平成24年2月期）は賃貸収入の増加を見込むが物件売却益がなくなることにより、1口当たり分配金は12,200円と前期と同額を予想。
