オリックス不動産投資法人が物件取得及び売却を発表した。取得する物件は、神奈川県海老名市、相模鉄道さがみ野駅より徒歩4分にある平成17年竣工、2階建の商業施設。スーパーのマルエツを中心に飲食店、衣料品店が営業する。一方、売却する物件は、小田急線代々木八幡駅より徒歩3分にある平成4年竣工のオフィスビル。売却額と簿価との差額は368百万円。これら取得及び売却は第19期（平成23年8月期）に計上されるが、10月20日発表した業績予想に修正はなし。
