オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が、レジデンスと商業施設を取得する。レジデンスはJR山手線田町駅より徒歩9分にあるタワーマンションと隣接する有料老人ホーム。OJRは共有持分16%を取得する。なお、プレミア投資法人も同物件の共有持分16%を保有している。 商業施設は、JR岡山駅の西方4キロに位置する郊外型商業施設。ディスカウントストアのミスターマックスが店舗として営業する。今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
