オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が第17期（平成22年8月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、7棟取得及び4棟売却を行った。これにより賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益が寄与し、前期比28%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,061円となった。第18期（平成23年2月期）は、オフィスビル1棟を取得するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなることにより24%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,992円となる見通し。続く第19期（平成23年8月期）は固都税の増加等により前期予想比6%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,206円となる見通し。OJRはオフィスビル市況の低迷からポートフォリオ比率を見直すことを発表しており、オフィスビル比率を従来の80%から60%へ変更する一方、レジデンスへの投資を再開する予定。
