オリックス不動産投資法人が第16期（平成22年2月期）決算を発表した。第16期は物件の売買はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなったことにより前期比30%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,290円となった。第17期（平成22年8月期）は、期初に6棟取得及び2棟売却を発表。物件売却益1,071百万円が寄与し前期比22%増益を見込むが、土地を先行取得した場合の課税特例制度を活用した圧縮記帳により425百円を内部留保する予定。これにより1口当たり予想分配金は15,218円となる見通し。続く第18期（平成23年2月期）は前期の物件売却益がなくなることにより20%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,919円となる見通し。
