オリックス不動産投資法人（OJR）が商業施設2棟及び底地1件の取得、オフィスビル1棟売却を発表。収益性の高い商業施設や底地を取得する一方、オフィスビルの売却によりポートフォリオを入れ替え、収益の成長と安定を高める構え。売却するオフィスビルは、売却価格と簿価の差額が139百万円と売却益が生じるが、土地を先行取得した場合の課税特例制度を適用し、売却益を内部留保する予定。このため業績予想の修正はなし。また、OJRは3月中を目処に、上記の他に物件の取得及び売却を予定。
