オリックス不動産投資法人が第15期（平成21年8月期）決算を発表した。第15期は、オフィスビル2棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。物件売却益1,141百万円が寄与し、前期比18%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,922円となった。第16期（平成22年2月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること及び賃貸収入減を見込み、34%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,382円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成22年8月期）1口当たり分配金は12,484円となる見通し。
