オリックス不動産投資法人が第14期（平成21年2月期）決算を発表した。第14期は2棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。賃貸収入の増加及び物件売却益1.8億円が寄与し前期比5.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,963円となった。第15期（平成21年8月期）は、2棟取得及び1棟売却を行う。物件売却益11.4億円が寄与し、1口当たり分配金は18,554円となる見通し。但し、他に物件売却を予定しているため、分配金は減少する可能性がある。続く第16期（平成22年2月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、1口当たり分配金は13,013円となる見通し。
