オリックスグループと大京が共同で設立を予定していたレジデンス特化型REITが、昨今の市況環境の悪化に伴い、設立を中止することを発表。これに伴い、資産運用会社となる予定であったオリックス・アセットマネジメント(株)に資本参加していた大京が、保有株式(保有割合20%)を売却する。売却後の株主はオリックス1社となる。
