オリックス不動産投資法人が第13期（平成20年8月期）決算を発表した。第13期は、4棟を取得し前期比0.8%増収となる一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため6.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,174円となった。第14期（平成21年2月期）は、2棟取得及び1棟売却を行い3%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,617円となる見通し。続く第15期（平成21年8月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため3.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,087円となる見通し。
